What happens if I’m not contacted within 24 hours?
If you haven’t been contacted within 24 hours, it means your service request has expired. This happens because your location is outside the service area or because your tires are not already mounted on rims. Service for tires that are off rims is not offered at this time.
How can I schedule, reschedule, or cancel my appointment?
After submitting your request, a certified technician will contact you to confirm the appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, simply reply to that technician directly — they handle all changes to your booking details and payment arrangements.
